Slik Graphics will happily refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date (online) or purchase date (in-store). After this time, a credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date (online) or purchase date (in-store). All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. All online orders are refunded less our real shipping costs. Orders returned from outside of the EU are subject to an import processing fee of $20 (USD) which is also deducted from the refund.
Products must be unused, not damaged and not peeled from the backing (for decals and protection kits). All original tags and stickers must still be attached. Apart from the packaging, if it doesn’t still look brand new, we can’t sell it as new! The original invoice that was included with delivery must be sent with the returned package.
All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service, and marked with RETURNED GOODS. Any shipping provider can be used.

Slik Graphics does not have an exchange process. If you have ordered the wrong product, please order a new product via the site to get that en route to you and submit a return request. If you have re-ordered by the time we receive your returned product, we will waive the restocking fee on your return.
Product issues or damage during shipping
If you have a concern about your product, whether it is a missing item or damaged during transit, get in Contact and we will sort you out.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re sorry to hear that. Please get in touch and explain the problem and we will work with you to fix things. All we want is for you to be happy with your decals. We do care.
These are bespoke orders with complex artwork or multiple design changes. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for full custom decal orders. For full custom orders, most of the cost is in the time it takes to design and setup the decals. We don’t have a time machine so we can’t get that time back. Our proof and refinement process is exhaustive and you can make any changes before your decals are produced. Further information about the Custom Order process can be found on the About page.
