We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the UK and Sweden!
FREE tracked postage also applies worldwide for all orders of £60 or above.

Our shipping rates vary from country to country. The exact shipping cost will be shown when you enter your address at the checkout. All our decals are shipped with DHL then will be delivered by the national postal service in the destination country.

The approximate shipping times are as follows:
UK and Europe: 3-6 working days
USA and Canada: 5-9 working days
Rest of World: 6-12 working days
South Africa: Anybodys Guess :-) But seriously we would recommend using an express courier service. Please get in touch to arrange this.

Orders for large rim decals (Easton, Hope etc) these are shipped in a small box which can add a day to the shipping time.


If you need your decals quickly we can offer a next day (Europe) or two day (Rest of World) courier service. But remember we have to produce your decals before we can ship them. This process takes a mimimum of 2 days to allow for print, drying, and finishing, so keep that in mind if you like leaving things to the last minute. Please contact us for a quote for express shipping.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch and explain the problem and we will work with you to fix things. All we want is for you to be happy with your decals. We do care.

If you are unhappy with the colour, please let us know.
If they don't stick for whatever reason, please let us know.

If we don't know about the problem we can't help you, or fix things for other customers. It's not great to hear about a problem on Facebook or a forum, without being given a chance to first make things right.


These are bespoke orders with complex artwork or multiple design changes.
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for full custom decal orders. For full custom orders, most of the cost is in the time it takes to design and setup the decals. We don't have a time machine so we can't get that time back. Our proof and refinement process is exhaustive and you can make any changes before your decals are produced. We test all our decals and materials to ensure they are fit for purpose. All surfaces should be free from any grease, lubricant or dirt before the decals are applied. If you do have any problems with decals not sticking or falling off it is usually due to insufficient preparation of the substrate. If this does happen please contact us and let us know the details and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We will usually replace the decals at manufactured cost or free of charge at our discretion.
