If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Custom Orders
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for custom decal orders. Our proof and refinement process is exhaustive and you can make any changes before your decals are produced. Further information about the Custom Order process can be found on the About page.


We test all our decals and materials to ensure they are fit for purpose. All surfaces should be free from any grease, lubricant or dirt before the decals are applied. If you do have any problems with decals not sticking or falling off it is usually due to insufficient preparation of the substrate. If this does happen please contact us and let us know the details and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We will usually replace the decals at manufactured cost or free of charge at our discretion.
