Q: Do you ship to Italy, Japan, Australia, Russia, Alaska, etc...?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide!

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order to Italy, Japan, Australia, Russia, Alaska, etc...?
A: Postage is free to the UK and Sweden and on all orders above £80 worldwide. More information can be found here.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit/debit cards and also PayPal accounts.

Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?
A: Not at all, just follow the instructions at the checkout to pay with a credit/debit card instead.

Q: Instead of using one of the stock colours, can you print Yeti Turquoise, Nomad Emerald Green, Tennis Ball Yellow, Pantone reference 1375, RAL colour 9018, etc...?
A: We can match most colours, please use the Custom Colour option on the product page and state your requirements at the checkout. If we do not have the colour reference we will be in touch. For any neon/fluorescent colour request always Contact Us first.

Q: How do I find out which Pantone or RAL colour I need?
A: You need to use a physical Pantone or RAL swatch next to your frame colour to obtain the correct reference, or confirm the colour code with the manufacturer or painter. Finding a matching code online (on screen) is not accurate.

Q: Why do I have to contact you first if I need a neon/fluorescent colour?
A: Although we can produce neon coloured decals, there are some limitations to what can be done. This is why we need to discuss your specific requirements first. There are also additional charges involved, normally £5 for fork decals and £10 for larger rim decals. We provide more information around all of this when you get in touch with your enquiry.

Q: Can you change the flag on the Rider IDs to an image or a state flag?
A: Yes, no problems. Just enter your request in the field provided at the checkout and email any files to us. We will contact you if there are any issues.

Q: Has my order been shipped?
A: You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is in the post. The vast majority of orders are manufactured and shipped within 2-4 working days (Mon - Fri). An order containing several types of materials can add a day or two depending on the production schedule.
Clear/transparent vinyl decals are printed approximately once a week. Estimated lead times for custom designs, neon colours, etc. are normally provided before the order is placed.

Q: When will I receive my design proof?
A: We always do our best to get the design proofs out as quickly as possible. They are dealt with in the order they arrive and you normally receive it within 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri).

Q:The rim decals I ordered appear to be the wrong size as the curve does not match the rim.
A: Whilst the bend looks like it won't be enough when they are flat, the decal will bend more as you apply it because of the bevel of the rim surface. Apply from one end, working the decal to fit the curve of the rim as you go.
